As per CRS 38-33.3-308 Section (3), this is the closed-session portion of the BoD's regular monthly meetings and is restricted to matters listed in CRS 38-33.3-308 Section (4). As a matter of practicality and time management of multi-hour meetings, closed session portions of the monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 11am (via teleconference), adjourned, and the open-session portion is held on the third Thursday of each month at 11am (at the Association Hall & via teleconference).
